Speed and Agility 5 Day Package 7/6-7/10

The Holy Child Academy Speed and Agility Camp is designed to help elementary, middle school and high school athletes improve their overall athletic performance through high intensity training, competition, and recovery. This program focuses on developing explosive speed, quickness, agility coordination, conditioning, and confidence in a fun but demanding enviornment.

Athletes will train in age appropriate groups, with a focus on proper technique, effort and intensity while also enjoying recovery and recreational time in the pool
